Using PH storage solution this probe - for how long can be stored before initial interfacing and the actual use of the probe after whole project done

I would say up to a year is safe. You may want to shock it with 10% acidic solution as a cleaner after a year.

Does this sensor array plug directly into arduino? Do you have link for code to set up parameters?

This unit has 2 cables... One cable for 12vdc power. The other cable has the outputs you plug directly on Arduino analog inputs and grounds.

If i store this for a year after initial test because my software is under development. using kcl +di solution i brought from amazon will it be ok?

yes, you may store with kcl solution. It does come with a protective plastic cap that does have kcl in it.
