This is the best quality patch you can find. I've tried several, and this one stays in place even when sweating. This product is effective, but you have to stay busy, or you'll want to smoke. The best I've found is to wear one to help you reach your daily nicotine level. However, when you really want a cigarette and feel the need, it's not enough, so you have to use something else. Personally, I use Nicorette Microtab 2 mg, an excellent product that melts under the tongue.

Nicorette is still number 1 to me. I've used the patches to cut down significantly on smoking, to a more manageable level. They stick, all day, hot or cold, sweaty or dry. These also come with a much higher nicotine content than others available on the market, and it certainly feels like it. If you're a heavy smoker these stand more of a chance than other options available.

I found these patches exceptional as they helped me quit very very quickly. My cravings I found disappeared very shortly I.e. a couple of days into using the patches. They are easy to apply and do tend to stick well if applied to dry skin. Couple of tips based on my own experiences to help others would be don't wear overnight or you will probably experience horrible dreams - remember you don't smoke in your sleep anyway! I used them overnight for the first few days to help get over that craving for a cig in the morning but regretted it with horrible dreams which stopped as soon as I removed them before going to bed. Second one is to follow the instructions of placing the patch on different areas every single time. I swapped my upper arm daily but then noticed red patches because of repetitive use although I was swapping daily so had to get creative and use my shoulders etc which resolved the issue. Last but not least if you have a morning shower etc make sure you are full dried and have let your skin breathe for a while before applying or the patch will not take fully. Other than that price wise versus a a weeks worth of cigarettes it's a bargain! Go for it.

I know it's different for everyone which aid chosen to help quit or reduce smoking and for me, this and chewing gum work, so fingers crossed for my upcoming quit day, I don't suddenly get a ton of familial stress after three years smoke free and start up again!

They work but you need will power

I had to stop using them because I was reacting to something every time I wore one my whole skin underneath went all red and itchy for days! My partner uses them as is mostly ok though so u seem to have a reaction to something in the patches.My partner loves them thoughAdam
