Not compatible with LED trailer lights
Looks like a decent, compact unit. Not compatible with LED trailer lights unfortunately. Would have been nice to know this before I ordered it.

Junk
Right out of the box it failed to work. Local trailer shop tested it as defective and wired my trailer properly.

failed in a year
purchased this for my 2005 Kia Rio Cinco. installation was as easy as any other kit. I liked the mounting options (tape or screw) and the dust cover. I used it several times towing in the past year and no problems there. However, this winter I experience feedback voltage from the brake/tail lamp circuit into the turn signal circuit, which on my car, is not possible except through this harness. Some internal diode must have failed.I will be placing my own diodes in the wires coming into the box to fix this. That is a cheaper option than buying a new trailer adapter kit which may be likely to fail again.

Failed hours of troubleshooting
Unit back fed turn signals to the truck brake light circuit repurchased a curt higher cost hopefully it’ll work
