We’ve recently adopted a paralyzed kitten. She doesn’t have functional of her urine. Testing her for infections is something we must do. These make it easy to keep track of her health. Colors are bright and accurate, speed is fast and they seem to work amazingly. We are extremely pleased with these test strips. Highly recommend to keep track of your fur babies health.

These test strips are easy to use, and so far they appear accurate when compared to our veterinarian's testing results. For animals that need to be routinely monitored, these are simple to use, give results within 3 minutes, and are priced right. The strips have a nice white plastic strip as a substrate--not a paper substrate like some other brands.

This is a great tool to use with or without the blood glucose meter.

Used for my cat who has chronic kidney disease. I wasn’t sure if she had another UTI so I bought this instead of the complete urinalysis which is over $100. Was able to get her on antibiotics following confirmation of this.

These are wonderful I take them with us to the vet and they accept the 2 a day test I use for my dog with auto immune disease she has health issues and these are quick easy to read I log hers on in a notebook, helps with blood cell count, ph level and kidney function. From her test I can am learning how adjusting my dogs food and fluid can drastically change her results helps me when she is on antibiotics I can tell by the test how her body responds. So it helps me help her. She’s a big girl 100 pounds but got a routin I use a sterilized in hot water 1/2 cup measuring cup walk behind her in a leash and as she goes p I just quickly catch of course yes it’s that simple. Then let her finsh and quickly take it inside to her little station on her little shelf that’s set up for her, near the wash room. Dip it in a glass canning jar this is so easy and you can boil anything you use or just toss and go for disposable cups but this works little handle on measuring cup and I can place the stick in and then into the glass jar where I can view it and write her results. Said all that to help any other fur parents. But these do work and they match the vet that I use and my dog is not stressed it’s just a routine ! Bless all the fur babies !!

Ordered a different product and once again they sent me this one. I don't like this product because the ketone section is right below a section that bleeds blue. Hard to get an accurate reading. Stop substituting please.

I suspected my cat had a uti but didn't want to run him into the doctor when maybe he didn't and wast $100 on a unnecessary vet bill so I ordered these and found out that he truly did have a uti. These have saves me a lot of money with 4 cats.

The results vary strip to strip it seems, and they’re very sensitive to how you conduct the test. Do NOT just dip it into a puddle of urine on the floor - the protein test specifically will be violently positive if you have any sort of ammonium cleaner contamination (lysol!!!) and it’s VERY sensitive to this. I sprayed lysol in the air over the strip and watched it slowly turn bright blue. Very concentrated urine (typical first thing in the morning (specific gravity > 1.030) will basically be positive for everything and freak you out. I tested urine first thing in the morning and was highly positive for protein, ketones and bilirubin. Tested again later in the day with more of a light yellow urine and these were all negative. I’d only sort of trust them for a UTI if the dog had visible symptoms and some abnormal results confirmed multiple times. Then go to a vet and get a real test don’t. But if no symptoms, I’d really take these results with a grain of salt. The best way to use these is to use a pipette to drop a tiny amount of urine on each pad. This ensures the pads are not submerged too long which completely screws up the results, OR the chemicals start running together and contaminating each other.

Was used before consulting a vet. It gave clear indications of the health issues that were confirmed in a following thorough diagnosis involving some blood tests. It is a great tool that can help you wage if an emergency is to be called.

It is really nice and handy , I use it for both my dog and cat then I would not be worried about them.

The color range reader rendered this not applicable for my use. However, the strips are accurately changing color, so if you need an "idea" of levels in your pet this is a good product. I eventually needed an exact glucose read, so I bought something else.

Great product, it will be great if it comes with a sample jar that can be disinfected for further used.

All good. My only complaint is that when the strips start losing quality in contact with air, why not have every like 5 strips in one vacuum pack?!
