This book is full of real world, practical advice on how to improve your soil whether in a garden or a large field, and he also explains the reasons why these applications work. For anyone trying to improve their garden or just escape the trap that chemical applications has them in, it is an excellent reference book. You don't have to be organic for these methods, just be willing to learn how to do things more in balance with nature and that is a great place to start. It will help you to shed chemical dependance, improve your soil and keep more of your hard earned money in your own pocket.

very interesting book about growing plants from an "energy" view. Quite thought provoking (certainly ahead of mainstream ideas).

Covers the gamut about using alternative ways to being a better farmer and more respective of mother earth. I look forward to implementing some of the recommendations...an easy read with useful information.

Wonderful book and very knowledgable author

One of the best books on the subject I ever read.

Dr Anderson holds a sound approach followed by justified explanations.Working as a research agronomist for several years so far, I’ve observed crop responses that fall far from expectations. I now have a greater understanding for the true underlying causes, of which can be managed appropriately.

The book makes a overview about the theme. The author could write another one with deeper information to professionals.

My father came for a visit the day after I received this book, he took it home and hasn't put it down since! He absolutely loves it! So looks like I'll be buying myself another copy!
