The exercise bands in this package are all good quality and very sturdy. The band handles, the carabiner connectors, and all of the other included accessories are very well made and work better than I had imagined for the price of this set. Great product and well worth the purchase price!

These bands do the job of resistance bands, but the green 20lb band broke at the sewn fabric loop on its first use. I was very disappointed, as the stretch band is still functional but the stitch blew out, meaning that I can't attach grips to the band any more. The doorstop block is a convenient way to attach the bands to a door, but I only do so near hinges as I'm afraid it might damage the door if you simply close it near the jamb where there isn't much reinforcement against pulling. Also if you touch the bands with your bare hands they will reek of latex. Recommend using gloves or the grips to avoid this.EDIT: Seller sent me a new set of bands after I contacted them, increased rating from 3 to 5 stars

Love my bands good quality for a good price

I have been using resistance bands for over 10 years now and these have been my least favorite. They snag my clothing, scratch my skin and don't give me the stretch needed. I use the bands under my feet and it leaves little band and mostly handle /strap for to use. Thus inefficient work. I have contacted the company and they have not responded to my email.

well made, varied resistance bands, and they can be used in conjunction with other bands you may already have. carry bag is roomy enough, and you get a really good workout, using either your own made up routine, or using the chart that comes with it. I recommend them, very well made, very effective.

I purchased this for my husband's athletic teams bc he's a high school coach. He loved that it was easy to assemble and that he was able to change the level of resistance to isolate certain muscles specifically for strength and conditioning. We'll definitely be letting his assistant coaches know about these so they can possibly order them to work with their groups as well.

Each Resistance band come with different weights. The band is very elastic and soft. This set of band allows me to work out my leg, arm, shoulder at home. Since Im not gonna use all of the band. I share the 50 and 40 lbs band it with my roomates. They both love it. Great product. Higly recommend.
