Konb gone bad after 6 months of usage.
Bought this about a year or so back.. Worked well for steam for few months. We regularly used the knob to switch on and off (by responsible adults) instead of the main switch. The knob went bad a few months back; with some struggle could get that to the "Steamer" position. Still working ok, but the knob is unusable.. My rating is for durability.

Not true to what's said.
It was said the brand is Pure. Which is good. But what we recieved was not that but something called phylophus. This is not acceptable.

The media could not be loaded. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.3rd grade quality. In fourth use it started to splash hot water out of the steam funnel and the body is plastic and of very poor quality,It is also dangerous if it bursts splashes of hot water on your face. You can be scarred for life.Please be careful and the company should be sued to make such cheap Chinese products
