FA SPORTS OSCILANDO VARILLA FLEXIBLE DE EMPUJE
This was longer than expected and so it is very difficult to use it inside the house without the danger of breaking something. Using it outside is not really an option for me, but would be fine for others no doubt. Didn't really get on with this piece of equipment at all,

Simple way to work on stabilising your core and smaller muscles during exercise.
I'd never come across one of these before, but decided i'd give it a go. It loses a star for instructions only being delivered in German, but a quick bit of searching online brought up many instructional videos on how to get started and use this for exercise. It works by increasing instability as the very small weights on the end of the long ends will react and bounce with the slightest movement. This causes you to naturally react to oppose the motion, adding increased workout to your exercise routine, especially for muscles that that provide stability which are often the ones that are hard to train but are the ones that you really rely on as you get older. You do need a decent amount of space to make the most of it, as it is easy to knock things over with it otherwise. I also had to stop the kids from messing around with it too - it is bendy and strong but forcing it to bend would probably break it.

Confusing
I'm not quite sure what to do with this thing. The instructions were all in German and it just looks like a bendy metal pole, rather than some great invention that's going to help me become fitter. I had a go at using it, but now it sits in a cupboard.

not entirely convincing
I have tried this several times, and I think it is of some use, but really, wobbling a stick feels daft and doesn't provide any of the endorphin hit you get from weights or the relaxation of yoga. Not for me.

Not for me
I had hopes for this item as I thought it would help me to re gain some fitness. Its pretty basic just a bouncy pole. The issue was it came with no instructions and what there was was not in English so I was unable to read it. A booklet would have been helpful so you knew what to do or safety issues. Not expensive I guess thats one think but I dont think I will be using it any time soon

Not convinced
This looked like the answer to the "I can't make it to the gym" problem, but I'm not sure. The instructions are in German, and there seems to be very little support for it. Maybe a DVD would be helpful. But with some perseverance, it is possible to gain some benefit from it, although I suspect it will be another of those things we get, and then never really use.

Spoilt by lack of support
I have not used this type of excercise before so was unsure what muscle groups it concentrated on and how to go about using it. The product came with a small document in German with some stick people images and text that I could not read. I have twice tried to contact the company asking for a manual in English, but although I got an auto reply I am no further forward with an instruction manual. However I googled the product and found some training videos on Youtube that nicely demonstrated the use in various different positions and using different techniques. These were good videos apart from the fact that they also did not explain the muscle groups that were being excercised or the correct techique to get the best effects.I found after a lot of trial and error the best way to get the rod to vibrate and to maintain the pressure so that the excercise appear to work. This might be a great way to work out, if you don't have a local gym, but the documentation should have been better perhaps including a DVD or some videos to show the perfomance.
