The problem with most epicat supps is that they either too many fillers or you need to cycle off of them. Epicathechin comes from green tea and cocoa. So for some manufacturers to ask consumers to cycle out of their products is very concerning. That is not the case with this product. I have noticed reduced appetite, better sleep/recovery, fat loss, heavier lifts, denser muscles, and a much better VO2 Max which means not gassing out on runs and rides. I highly recommend this product. I hope they keep up the quality control because they seem to sell out fast and is usually out of stock.

For the price, you won't find a better myostatin inhibitor. Always tough, clinically, to see the full effectiveness of a product; however, I did not see insane increases in strength but I did gain mass slightly easier than without the product.

One of my new favorite brands for this supplement. I actually see and feel results from the little effort that I put in. I can only imagine how well it would work if I trained intensely.

Around 2 weeks in, followed the instructions and have noticed some strength improvements. Struggled to get 5x5 with 290 on bench for about a month and finally hit that pr a few days ago. The added strength could be attributed to a recent increase in my calories or the epichatechin, I still can't tell yet. Definite increase in endurance when lifting (can work out for longer and with more intensity) no noticeable increase in vascularity though I have noticed an increase in libido or testosterone (balls deep drive lol). I can tell epichatechin is doing something good, but have not been on it long enough to say for sure. I also checked the quantity and it was a few days short of 30!!! So they skimpin on the quantity. Had 28.5 servings instead of 30. I wrote this review because every review I've read on similar products were vague and inconclusive and offer little legitimate usable information. Note: I have been lifting for more than 5+ years inconsistantly, weigh 260, and do not track calories as much as I should, I take min 200g protein (whey, rice, and pea), I also take 7g+ of creatine daily. I mostly lift for fun. I also have not noticed any negative side effects. I do recommend this product. Will buy again to see where it takes me after I finish my first container.

UPDATED - Upon receipt, I received 59 of 60 capsules. Contacted seller and received prompt support and they comped a new bottle!!! GREAT SUPPORT! Anyway, my original order was received in 4 days using free shipping. There was a free, seemingly inexpensive, gift enclosed as a nice gesture from the shipper. This will be my first time trying an Epicatechin suppliment. I opened a capsule and it is a fine white powder with only a slight tint of beige. No discernable odor. Taste is quite bitter. My research shows that my daily dosage should be 150mg per day. But the container suggestion is 600mg per day equivalent to 4 capsules. By the suggested dosage, this bottle is a 15 day supply. I will take only 1 capsule per day to start. Consult with your physician FOR YOUR DOSAGE. I am supplimenting also via Green Tea and 100% Cacao Powder. I plan to update with results in 60 days.

Not sure if it's the piils or the price but I've lost a few inches over the last two months. Possibly the myostatin inhibitors or may just that it's so expensive I can't buy candy.

No unpleasant smell, easy to take. Took recommended dosage and within 5 days I dropped 7 pounds as well as great pumps and renewed vascularity.
