I swear by these supplements for breastfeeding. It makes me feel sure that me and my baby are getting the correct amount of goodness, vitamin and minerals to keep us both healthy.A little pricey like all Pregnacare products but I believe they're the best.

These vitamins saved my hair after giving birth, and somehow made my hair grow a lot faster than it usually does. Easy to take, no horrible taste.

Quality vitamins for breast feeding mums ;) you take 1 yellow and 2 red once every day, box got days written so you will remember what day it is lol and which pill to take, not like then pills are different for each day, it’s just convenience ;)

Been taking these for the last 5 months, since babe was born, BM came in three days after babe was born and never had an issue with BM supply. Babe is getting all his nutrients and has gained weight amazingly. Would recommend.

I had post partum hair loss around my edges. Since taking these vitamins, my edges are growing back and I generally feel more energised!Wish I took these after my first born!!

Great to have all vitamins and minerals to support breastfeeding mums in one tablet. Would be great to have the option of buying without the omega 3 as I already take an alternative omega 3 supplement which I prefer.

Have using this brand for more than a year now and they are working very well for me just are getting more expensive
