Nice but not for the serious athlete.
The watch has a nice screen and the user interface on the app is nice too. Unfortunately the heart rate monitore is not very accurate or consistent. So etimes it reads right sometimes it doesn't. It only tracks real time heart rate on the watch and only in run mode. You cannot see real time heart rate on the app. Also, the screen on the watch goes to sleep so if you want to monitor your heart rate you have to keep hitting the button on the watch to wake it up. Nifty device but i would pass if you need something to keep track of your training
