Gave the extra support I needed post testicle surgery. I hand washed and air dry so no issues with shrinking or the washer beating them up. The only negative is the hole that the penis goes through is very small (in diameter) and was very uncomfortable to feed my penis through and then was tight and uncomfortable . Made a slight cut at the bottom to make it larger and was just fine after. After recovery I still wear them as they are crazy comfortable in the super hot days we have in southern Arizona.

The product was nice, but did not do what I needed it to do.....not enough material under the hole to support the "balls" , they fall out the sides

Straps broke in under 6 months. Bought as alternative to expensive FTM Stp harnesses. Worked great for a while. But the leg straps on both ripped off.... maybe it's because I was wearing it more often than a cis guy. But still. Was hoping they'd last more than a few months. And when you get sweaty, they smell really bad. I mean I guess anything down there does, but for something that is supposed to be breathable, I thought there would be some kind of moisture wicking or odor control. Aw well. That's what I get for going cheaper. Was worth a try.

Good for physical activity in hot weather, to prevent family jewels from sloshing around.

Testicle sack too small..2x width increase would be good.... waist bands are fine.
