Homéopathie can’t work with strong flavor
Homéopathie doesn’t work with mint, spearmint or any strong flavor. It just doesn’t work do it’s like buying an expensive spearmint super minty that’s it

Altoids Work Just As Well
Like so many of us, I've been struggling with the "COVID 15," after spending much of 2020 boredom/stress cooking, baking, and eating. I never got into the sourdough trend, but we did enough cookies (think "Christmas in July"), curries, and Spam Puffs (don't ask). Now we're back in the world a bit more, and it's hard to get back to where I was.I'm naturally a skeptic when it comes to anything that promises weight loss, as you pretty much have to do the work and burn more than you're putting in. I'm also a bit suspicious of anything claiming to be homeopathic; while the placebo effect is powerful, there just isn't data to back up efficacy on products like that. All that said...These basically feel like mints. They aren't smooth like hard candy. While lozenge-shaped, they dissolve on the tongue much like Altoids would - kind of grainy. The flavor begins a bit mildly, but rapidly amps up....like an Altoid. So here's the skinny (no pun intended): these do make me, at least, feel temporarily sated. By temporarily, I mean about 15-20 minutes. It's exactly the same effect one would get by sucking on any other mint or hard candy. You're simply fooling your mouth and body into thinking it's getting something it wants or thinks it wants. Would sucking on one of these 15 minutes before a meal have long-term benefits? I don't know. Perhaps. I'm just not sure the effects would be noticeable by the time I consume the whole box (and negating the effects of diet variability, movement, etc). Just get some mints.

Strong mint flavor numbs the tongue & any immediate desire to eat...
These are a very, very strong tasting mints & perhaps that’s what makes them help reduce the appetite. Let them dissolve slowly on the tongue & that’s all that’s necessary. Don’t chew or swallow the lozenge. They don’t have to be mixed with anything or swallowed with water. Up to ten can be used in a day.I get hungry about an hour before dinner & really don’t want to snack so one of these lozenges slam my taste buds & I don’t feel like eating. It’s temporary & kind of numbs my tongue but does get me through until dinner. I’m not crazy about the taste but I think that’s satisfies any immediate desire to eat. These are safe when used as directed. I got heart palpitations from appetite suppressants I tried in the past but these don’t have the same ingredients. I copied this from the site so if the spelling is incorrect, it's from what they wrote. The homeopathic ingredients are: Avena sativa, Berberis vulgaris, Calcarea carbonica, Capsicum annuum, Carbo vegetabilis, Fucus vesiculosus, Nux vomica, Thyroidinum, Sorbitol, Xylitol, Spearmint Flavor, Peppermint Flavor, Menthol Powder Flavor, Lactose, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Calcium Stearate, Spirulina Color & Riboflavin.Xylitol is toxic to pets & these shouldn’t be left where children will try to eat them. The directions say the lozenges will help with weight loss but needs to be accompanied with diet & exercise.I’m not so concerned with weight loss, although that would be nice. I mainly don’t want to snack between meals & would like to break that bad habit. I’ll continue these but I’m undecided at this point if I’ll get more once these are gone. The very strong flavor is a little hard to take.
