The coat actually looks better in person and is very thick. There's a little pocket on the inside with a zipper for valuables, the fur and hood are seperately detachable, and there's a zipper as well as the buttons in the picture that keeps in the warmth. I'm 5'11" but very skinny, so a small might have fit but I got the medium to ensure the arms would be long enough. So far it's holding up against the mountain chill in PA, but if you're further north you may want a slightly thicker coat or just wear a sweater instead of a t-shirt underneath the coat.

Love, love, love this coat. Fits great and is very warm, true to size and looks just as it is shown. I've had it for about 3 or 4 years and is still like new. Love it.

It is a well made coat but I did not like the way the front part of the jacket looked on me, so I gave it to my Mom who likes it a lot & actually looks better on her, other than that the coat is made very well.

Very nice coat , the only thing I don't like about this coat the buttons fell off, the good thing is I can use the zipper.
