These are super strong, nothing more to say. They have a really good hold, both because the metal is strong and because the white part is grippy rubber. You may even want to stretch them out before use so you don't shatter the glass.

I am so disappointed. I purchased these under the assumption they were the correct size {T12-Clamps} for my (Old but still in good condition) UBent Florescent lighting: Definitely not!The third picture shows my UBent bulb for verification of my bulb size and type:The second picture shows clamps next to the bulb to offer and demonstrate the size differences:The first picture shows 3 different phases of these clamps: The bottom is the original clamp right out of the package: The middle was stretched as far as I could before breaking. The top is a couple broken clamps after trying to stretch in hopes it will fit.The full circumference of the UBent Florescent bulb is approximately 4 1/2-inches.The T12-Clamp should be able to hold AT LEAST 3-3 1/2 inches of the UBent bulb itself.Following along with the first picture: The top of picture 1 shows a couple of broken Clamps after trying to stretch a little: The bottom clamp is the original T12 UBent clamps sent out of the bag: Unstretched dimensions: Lip of clamp is approximately 3/4-inches. Clamp opening approximately 1/2 inches opening: Inside Clamp: Bulb holder approximately 1 1/4-inches The middle T12 UBent clamp is stretched to the max without breaking. Lip of clamp is approximately 1 1/4-inches. Clamp opening approximately 1 inch opening: Inside approximately 1 3/8-inches: Finally, it is not fair to take any person's money. This is a fraudulent sale of goods. I did see some reviews saying they were too small. I should have listened, instead of assuming the T8 was ordered and not the T12: {I almost made that mistake and had to change to the correct one in my cart and double checked prior to checkout.}Too many are broken, so I am sure I will not get my money back. These are not flexible and break easy.

Great clips. But the rubber coating isn’t that durable.

I bought 3 bags of them and almost 1 full bag worth has broken putting the tubes in. Recommend getting double what you think you need, if you go with these guys.
