These pedals are a great value for the $25 I paid for them. They are NOT the same quality as my pair of Raceface Chester's. I noticed some of the screws were sripped before I even tried them and they're not all the same length. Not a big deal, but not really acceptable out of the box. Now, after about 400 miles one of them has a squeeky bearing. They have not been exposed to water or mud. My Chesters on the other hand, have way more miles on them and have gone through water/mud and are still smooth and silent.So they're good for what they cost, but apparently you get what you pay for.

I got these based on the youtube video comparing them to the Chester Race Face pedals. The consensus is they are pretty much an exact copy at half the price. I needed a bigger, wider pedal to replace my hybrid bike's stock pedals and these fit my big feet well, with the screws providing excellent grip for my shoes. They seem well made and after 100 something miles they are still spinning fine for me. I don't do any jumps or drops, mainly riding on paved trails and flat dirt/gravel roads, but so far they're supporting my 230 lbs well. I've hit them on concrete and rocks and while it scraped into the plastic, there's no other damage to them. Great pedal for the price.

Everyone says the race face Chester pedals are the best, but those cost $50 and they are not anymore grippy or durable then these. These are such good pedals and I recommend them over Chester.Just note that they are darker then in the picture.

I'm a big guy. 270 size 13 wide shoe. I put these on my fixie that I have to stand up on and really put a lot of pressure on the pedals to get going. I've bought inexpensive pedals on Amazon before and broke the axle. I've been commuting a couple weeks now on these and they are great. grip and spin well, large platform for my work boot. Perfect!!!!

I bought these pedals for my year old bike because it was making a noise while riding I thought was from broken pedal bearings. I installed these and my bike still made that noise. I contacted the seller who replied immediately, offering to send replacements in case of a product defect. I took my bike to a shop where it was determined to be loose crank bearings. I could have returned these pedals but I decided to keep them because they are quite comfortable and provide good stability, much better than my old ones. Also, the seller provides excellent customer service.

I put these on my Cannondale full suspension mountain bike. They have excellent traction and a nice wide platform. Within two trips out, I have bashed these into many rocks, one very hard. The pedal has held up beautifully. Some light surface scuffing, but I'm surprised they didn't break. I need to improve my riding skills, but until I do I expect these pedals to go the distance.

First impressions: Very nicely made, smooth bearings, nicely finished surface. This is obviously a quality product. Large frame is great for big feet and boots, a perfect choice for urban biking or casual mountain biking.Edit: After one month of daily riding, both pedals have developed an annoying clicking sound. Not a deal-breaker, but disappointing.

These pedals are a huge improvement over the ones that came on my bike. They're a copy of the RaceFace Chester pedals, so they perform the same in terms of grip. The metal pins really hope the sole of your shoe (I rode today with a very work out pair of Adidas shell toes). I fear the inevitable slip, though, as those pins will tear up my shins.I bought the orange ones, because my bike is florescent orange. As you can see in my photo, the pedals are a more subdued hue.
