Can you put two of these in the microwave at the same time? Has anyone tried doing two at the same time?

You could, but it would increase the processing time so there would not be a great advantage. Two 5" presses can be clipped together for pressing long leaves and stems, or ferns. Just put the presses side by side. Use 2 clips on the ends and two clips at the sides, over the ends of the seam between the presses.

With normal pressing their may be a very slight hurbal odor, depending on what you are pressing. However, the felt is made from wool and should you not follow directions and put the press in the microwave for much too long, you could burn the felt pads after which you will certainly need to air out your house. If you follow directions, under normal usage, there will not be a problem with smell.

Is the wool pad made out of real wool from sheep?

It appears to be real wool, but as it's not labeled it's impossible to know for sure. It's quite dense, very moisture wicking, fast drying and has the sane feel as a wool jacket or scarf.

I don’t really understand how to use this. When microwaving in intervals do you take it out between intervals or flip it or do anything to it?

You take it out of the microwave between intervals and open it up to check on the flowers. Each flower will press differently, depending on their thickness and water content. Touch each one. If it feels tacky, then it is not ready yet and should go in for another, shorter interval. The flowers should feel more like tissue paper when they are ready.
