Hard to tell sizing from the description and pics so gave this a try. Way smaller than expected. Not sure how small a person the neck band would fit even on the last snap and no way can I imagine how small a person would have to be to fit the smallest neck snap. The chest strap also much smaller than I could have guessed it would be.
