I make smoothies and I substitute honey instead of using sugar they have as an ingredient. It was costing me an average of $15.00 for 16oz jar of decent quality honey. I searched on Amazon for organic raw honey and found this brand. Since this honey was on sale, and a much better quality then I buy, I decided to buy 3 6 pound buckets....The 1st spoonful.....and I love this creamy honey! I also used it in my coffee! I am trying to not use sugar as an ingredient....I now have plenty of honey to do so...

This honey like spun silk. It is not super sweet which i like. But so creamy almost like a butteriness to it. It is perfection. Well worth it. I use it for mixing with my herbs for wellness not everyday as it is pricy and i want the best for mixing. Definitely recommended

With many colds in the house, I wanted a large honey of good quality, and this was it. Since then, we use it every day at breakfast on toast (not just in the tea).

I have this honey on subscribe and save. That should tell you a lot. I tried the small 8 oz jar three times to see if I liked it and now I am hooked! The 8 oz is in glass WHICH I LOVE. However, this large tub is in food-grade plastic- which I struggle with but will compromise and I can only imagine the cost of shipping such a large glass jar of honey!! As soon as I receive it I decant into glass jars. Just makes me feel better.Each order is EVER so slightly different, you know the weather, the bees, the flowers they all play a role in what we get. But I have never been disappointed. It is creamy, sweet-not not overpowering and pours and spreads with ease.Make the switch, you will not be disappointed.BTW I had some questions for customer service in the company and they responded within a day. Great dealing with them.
