Box is great. however delivery drivers kept saying I wasn't in when I'd taken the week off work to install it. And another problem is now delivery drivers still fail to see it and constantly throwing parcels at the front door and walk away still. When all goes well large parcels can fit in it I've had 1kg protein in packing boxes fit. Easy to use keeps parcels dry and safe. When it's used. When it's use incorrectly you can come home to find envelopes or the delivery door still open. I'm now gone as far to install cctv just to catch the bad delivery drivers.

Upon reading other reviews, I noticed that some of the negative reviews were about things that were out of the seller's control, such as being hard to install. Fitting four bolts is only hard if you don't know how to do it; the seller is selling a postal box, not providing installation. I decided to give it a try and hope for the best as this one seemed like the best of the available bunch. It came 2 days later. It was very well packed. The product is made of around the same thickness of material you would see on commercial drop-off boxes around local high streets, and installation could not have been easier. definitely a great and secure buy, and this is coming from someone who installs security equipment for a living

Nice box, fitted easy and looks great. Nice size. Minor water ingress is a pain as it lays in the bottom of the box and soaks letters and bottom of cardboard boxes. I came up with a fix... I bought an oven grill tray for £10 and laid it in the bottom, this keeps items above the little puddle in the bottom on wet days. If they came with this sort of tray fitted, I would have give it 5 stars not 4.

We bought this because our dog takes no prisoners when it comes to postmen. It is a large, sturdy, secure metal box with a nice finish which was easy to attach to the wall outside our gate. Along with a Beware the Dog sign on the gate itself, our postman is no longer in danger of having his fingers bitten off and we are receiving our mail again. Happy humans on both sides of the gate and a much calmer dog too!

Very pleased with this product, easy for our postie to leave either letters or reasonably size parcels and it keeps things dry. If you have large orders such as a JustEat or Gousto box obviously you need to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise absolutely brilliant.

Do not buy products from this seller, They have been cheating customer by sending defective products, the product is heavy and it will mostly be not possible for a customer to return. Avoid buying products from Homescapes at all cost. Regards
