Don't have any English use instructions. How often per day to apply and how much?

I applied this twice a day first thing in the morning and before bed so it could really soak into my chilblains whilst I was sleeping. I applied a thin coat to all my toes and rubbed it in as I suffer with chilblains on both feet. Hope this helps.
