I just received this today and upon seeing how small the box was, was very dubious and was thinking it was going back. Well I unpack this very small unit and set it up. No remote, no digital stations, but the sound is crisp and comes through VERY clear without having to so much as look at the antennae. Plays CDs with sharp clarity as well. If you like to blast your music, this ain't the player for you. It's louder than my last unit which was bigger, and gives you plenty of crisp sound for a single dwelling. Plenty loud enough for one room and most parts of the house. For $50 this is actually a REALLY good buy and I would DEFINATELY reccommend it. It's also very easy to operate and very straight forward. Im happy with it and would buy it again for sure.

So far I am very happy with purchase. CD player sounds great. Small unit (which is exactly what I wanted) to fit on bedside table. Much better than what I was originally using. Update 3/6/19...CD player died after less than three months of normal usage. I e-mailed the seller and within four days received a replacement unit. No arguments or hesitation from the seller. All they asked for was the order number. Extremely courteous and helpful. Not sure about the quality of the stereo any more but the seller deserves five stars.

Well I was wanting something small with good sound quality. And I got this for my end table in my living room. Well I put a cd in it and it played 10 seconds and freaking quit and would not play anymore. I ask for a replacement and we will see about this one.

Be very aware this is a SMALL stereo, you can hold it in one hand without the speakers. But, it’s deceivingly loud! Great sound for a cheap stereo. A little “tunnel” sounding, but not bad if you just want something that is portable and can play your cd’s or listen to the radio

Perfect for a small apartment, but does NOT have booming rich clear sound. It's old school basic, looks good on a table-top, and the price is right!

I wanted to purchase a CD player. I read the reviews. This sounded like a pretty good system. I purchased it. So far, I have not been disappointed. It is small, but that is good for me. The sound is really good for the size of the unit. I can continue to play my CDs and enjoy the memories... I am happy with this product.

I have a very small house and needed a CD player with good sound that is small enough to fit in a tight space. I'm so satisfied that I'm getting one for my employee before he confiscates mine as he has his eye on mine 👁 and is extremely impressed. Wish it came with a bass boost, but not a biggie for me. It is pretty loud, but then again, it's located in a small space/house. It's easy to set up and easy to use....I did not need to use the included instructions....it's pretty simple. It uses a space of 12"x 6" However, the speakers are not attached and so my measurement is calculated on the unit and speakers next to each other.

This was MUCH smaller than I expected it to be. My dad was a little bummed about that but he said it sounded great! He was so excited to have a stereo for his garage, as his previous was no longer worked. The second time he went to use it it wouldn't turn on. We tried everything! Thankfully Amazon is amazing when it comes to returning items and gladly allowed us to return and and refund our money.
