I love the initial fragrance when applied, but the smell fades almost as soon as when you put it on.

Lovely, but overpriced online!
I own and enjoy this particular fragrance. I've never smelled VS Scandalous, so I can't speak to whether this smells similar. I do, however, want to point out that the Preferred Fragrances (including this one) can be purchased at Big Lots stores for $3.50 each. They are sometimes even discounted beyond that.
