We ordered the pro prep block (30”x24”x6”) of end cut maple. Wow! It arrived in just a few days. It’s a massive piece and of solid construction. The edges and corners are nice beveling. The big story is the grain that is consistent and classic.

Very thick and heavy
We were very pleased with the John Boos cutting board. Was so excited to find it, but, wish we had noticed it weighed 110lbs! Poor UPS!! Lol
