Q: Is this going to work with Mavic mini controller?

NO, it does not unless you buy a longer cable to reach the controller.. I bought it for my mavic mini but the cables are too short for it because the stand of this holder is too high. Also the holder has only one side that is open in the middle for the cable to go through. the side that has 2 smaller open slots are useless for apple phones and must be rotated which causes the phone to sit off center.

Q: Will these fit a Mavic Pro Platinum controller ???

Yes. The controller is the same as the Mavic Pro therefore it will fit.

Q: can i use this for the dji spark controller?

This is for the Mavic Pro, if the dimensions of the Spark controller is about the same then your good.

Q: Is the swirl arm attached to the base aluminum?

As of Feb 2021, the arm is not plastic - it is made form the same material of the base itself - black anodized aluminium
