A Cut Above ~ Take Your Baking to the Next Level
I buy these every Christmas! These take your baking to a step above! Most chocolate has wax in it or a binding agent for consistency. This baking chocolate has 1000x more flavor and melts on your tongue! I can taste a major difference between it and most baking chocolate. This chocolate can be used in chocolate molds, be drizzled over treats, or used in something as chocolate chip cookies (they'll beat anything you've tasted). Yes, they are more expensive than what you'd find at the grocery store, but it's totally worth the money when you taste the final result.

Melts in your mouth and your hands... but that's good
Truly is high quality. This tastes great by itself but I tend to blend it with a bit of dark chocolate for my creations. The chocolate-covered strawberries I recently made with this product were probably the best I have had in my life. The price has been going up lately but it is still worth it. Highly recommend.

Risky shipping
I've used this chocolate many times and it is a fine couverture chocolate. However I would not order from this vendor again. The chocolate arrived in the bag bricked. All the callets were fused together into a solid, much less convenient mass. The chocolate must have been heated along the way long enough to have been melted. No exchange policy means I am stuck with it.

The absolute best, no question.
My boyfriend and I are obsessed with dipping croissants into chocolate, I make a sort of rich, thicker hot chocolate by melting milk chocolate into whole milk and half&half. I wanted to try a more "professional" chocolate brand, like one you can't buy in a grocery store. I did my research and the two names that popped up were Valrhona and Callebaut. I'm not a chef by any means, and wasn't 100% sure in what to get, so I decided to try both.The Valrhona arrived first, and we were impressed!...And then the Callebaut arrived.Let me tell you that I am not exaggerating when I say that this is hands the down the smoothest, best tasting chocolate I've ever had. You can literally taste the high quality. And for 50$ for a 5.5lbs bag, that's roughly 10 bucks a pound? Crazy. I'm so glad I bought it, it'll last us a good while, it looks and tastes super fancy. I without a doubt will be buying again and trying out their other products! So so impressed.If you are looking for the best quality milk chocolate you've ever had, look no further.10/10!!!!!!

A good quality chocolate for your handmade chocolates
This chocolate comes in quarter-inch rounded pieces to make melting it easy. It is well tempered so it lends itself to easy tempering for your use. When melted and tempered, the viscosity is good for dipping your candy centers.
