I have no power in my garden shed so I thought this might do the trick, I hooked the bulb up so as I could get to the switch on the back and I put the solar panel at the window and so far it works great the light it gives is great, so the panel charges the lamp battery contained inside the lamp itself so you can just unplug the panel and take the light separately it would be great for the loft or better still for camping, just keep it plugged in by the window when not in use, the light has other settings for flashing on and off etc I just use it in the continuous on position when needed.My one worked out of the box so I didn't need to charge, it comes with instructions solar panel and light, it has a hook to hang it up and the panel has fixing loops on the back, very well made and works great very pleased thank you.

I really like the light itself. However, the USB cable is cheap and has already ripped apart.NOTE - I did not use the cable as the main way to suspend the light. I used the metal hook on the light as it was designed, yet the cable is came apart from minimal use.

Great bright light which I’m using in my loft and saves me having to wire a light in and get a electrician out for £60!!I’ve not used the solar panel yet I’ve just charged it up with an Android usb cable and skips using the panel in the winter weather and bad light!!I can see what I’m doing in the loft for getting the Christmas decorations out this weekend and will be getting more after paying for Christmas for my three kids.I’m very happy with the light it gives of which is much brighter than a 100 watt bulb!!

This is for my greenhouse and its amazing. Its super bright and it has a solar panel. I would have preferred if the switch was a pull cord but I'm over 6 foot tall so I can reach it no problem. The button is on the top of the bulb. Theres not much more I can say other than its well made and it works.

Seemed like a nice idea & design; bought 4 to give some as gifts. One can't be turned off, or altered from first mode, another won't turn on anymore - this occurred after approx 10 uses as a torch, & to light my chickens coop for an hour each afternoon over 2 weeks. Charging by phone usb worked fine. Never used the solar panel as very dull days in winter. I've given 2 as Xmas gifts, which I now feel bad about, as obviously not reliable. Will be looking for a refund.

Impressed with the brightness of this in my shed, just a shame the button is so small and you have to cycle modes to switch it off.
