Are breathable? My feet usually burn in any other work shoe.

They hurt 3 of the 4 people's heels where I work, we all (3/4) gave them away before 7 wks. My heels weren't without pain for 8 I wouldn't advise them

Are the inserts in these available for perchurches anywhere?

The inserts are not very comfortable I would suggest buying another brand of insert
