[Wife’s Review] Smells exactly like it did in 2005. I was hoping it remained the same after all of these years and I was very pleasantly surprised. This unlocked so many memories for me. I’m very excited about this rediscovery! It’s fresh and sweet and the bottle is beautiful. So happy to have this back in my collection.

I hesitated to buy this because I had this prejudice in my mind against Avon. It's not what we usually think of as top shelf. I don't know why, because I've used several Avon products over the years and they were all actually excellent quality. Be that as it may, I held back. But I'm so glad I bought it, and what a bargain too. All day today, I kept getting whiffs of this lovely scent and I'd realize, "Oh! It's me!" The word I want to use is "grassy" because to me it has elements of a sunny, grassy field. Yet there's no grassy ingredients. The most noticeable scents are jasmine, lily of the valley, and a hint of citrus. It's a warm, sunny, but peaceful scent. It smells like summer. Not too strong, not too weak; it lasts quite awhile. I'm going to try some of the other Haiku fragrances, and maybe some of the other Avon scents as well. So glad I gate it a try!

The bottle is very cute - resembling a Japanese arch. The bottle itself is frosted glass, where as the top is the entire piece that makes up the arch design. The scent goes on with heavy notes of powder, but after a bit the powder softens to a gentle floral scent. The 'sparkling citrus' doesn't come through as a 'normal' citrus scent - more yuzu light. After a while the smell dissipates but clings so if you actually smell the areas you spray it it will have a fragrance of Haiku. The bottle is pretty standard - 50ml (1.7 fl oz) which will last me for a few months. I probably won't wear it everyday, but it'll be a nice fragrance to wear as it smells clean. Another note is that I usually shy away from strong fragrances because they give me headaches, this one dissipates over time enough so it doesn't cause any issues. I would reapply this about every 4 to 5 hours, give or take.

PROS: - Very unique aroma in regards to other perfumes out there. - Very subtle smell and not too over powering. - Last a good while if not the whole day. - One to two spritzes will be enough to cling the sent onto you. - Unique and one of a kind design of the bottle itself. - Price is very good for what it is, and the amount given. CONS: - Non that I can think of at the moment, but will definitely update if anything arises down the road. SUMMARY: This little bottle of perfume was a gift. But I am always with the individual who wears the scent very often so I can say from experience the smell is unique. The smell itself isn't over bearing, yet it has a nice subtleness to it. Perfect for everyday use for school and/or work. The effect of the perfume is great, and I feel that little as 2 if not 1 spritz can last the whole day. The amount of liquid is perfect for the price of under $20. The perfume is also fulfilled by Amazon, which is a definite plus if you need the scent for an upcoming night out. I feel this scent can cater to many age ranges, this was gifted for an individual in their early 20’s and I must say it is a big hit for them. The bottle holding the liquid is very beautiful and reminds me of an oriental style architecture, which is very eye pleasing in my opinion. And this is a perfect for any scent collectors who need some variety in their collection. Will definitely buy again.

I took a chance on this fragrance and bought blindly and oh myyyy it smells DELIGHTFUL. I wanted a clean floral summer scent that was soft (not sweet or powdery) and this is divine. Its perfect. It doesn't last for a super long time (unless other ppl smell it), I would say a good 4 hrs. Would definitely buy again, this is in permanent rotation.

L'une de mes soeurs m'a donné cette sorte de parfum il y a quelques années de ça et j'en suis tombé tout de suite amoureuse. J'étais triste de ne pas en trouver d'autres lorsque j'ai eu terminé mon flacon. Heureusement pour moi je l'ai retrouvé sur Amazon. J'aime beaucoup l'odeur très doux.
