FHI HEAT Elite Professional Series 1" Iron

The product is excellent and leaves your hair silky smooth. My daughter did some curls and it looked amazing. Love this brand.

I don’t like that I paid almost $250 for a straightener I originally thought was made in Korea.. FYI to future purchasers- It is made in CHINA.. and the metal plate on one side is loose.. TBH it just doesn’t seem as sturdy and as well made as my original FHI straighter, which I’ve had for at least 7 years till it just didn’t hear anymore

I bought this because I usually have good results when using FHI products. This flat iron however, was a huge disappointment. It would only heat up to 300 degrees (max heat is 450 degrees). I bought it as a gift for Christmas after bragging about what a great product it was. I had trouble getting through to get someone to help me and now of course, we are past the time to return this item for a replacement. Not a good experience.
