I have bought the blancher pot it works great, tring to compare with the Pasta pot 6141-4 looks the same thing ,both are 71/2 qt...Me for blanching the pot isn't big enough ,I do use it for veggies but to use with tomatoes just not big enough..But couldn't see wht anyone would want both,I think they are the same..Ted

little over 9.5 inches tis is the big canner. steamer blancher is 7 in pan only 9 3/4 with insert.
