amazing computer!! touch screen computer works very well and the screen is BEAUTIFUL!!! and graphics are amazing. for gaming, i would recommend low graphic games like minecraft, etc. but overall this laptop is great for everything :) and not to mention the camera is outstanding!! i have never seen such a nice webcam, not even on apple computers. the keyboard is backlit which makes it really nice for using it in the dark (i dont turn my lights on very often). it has great sound and is very loud!! when i am cleaning my room or just listening to music it always does its job. loving everything about this computer and for the price i wont complain at all!

Do not buy from Micro Direct Deals. Received my Microsoft Surface Book on 10/30/20 and it worked well for 5 months. Now it has a wifi connection issue - my wifi is not the problem I have great connection on all my other devices. Horrible download speed, Microsoft told me it was an issue with the hardware. Micro Direct Deals refused to refund or replace item because it was after the 90 day warranty period (134 days). Can't use internet and my $700 is wasted.

If you are in the market for a refurbished Surface Book, then you will be extremely pleased with this purchase! The Surface Books basically look brand new and work perfectly so far! Customer Support is also great! Ohh and did I mention that we've bought 8 perfectly wonderful Surface Books so far without any issues?! Just buy it and you'll have zero regrets!

I've had this computer for about a month now, and I have to say this is probably one of the better investments I have made in technology. Before I get into it, I want to mention that this laptop does NOT come with the surface pen, even though it specifies that it does. It's not too big of a deal though since you can buy one between $30-60, and they immediately work out of the box. But anyway...For a pre-owned device, this laptop looks brand new on the outside. I didn't find scratches or dents anywhere and, it was clean. Just keep in mind that this is probably a case-by-case situation. This laptop does everything I need to do quickly and effortlessly. I can have plenty of tabs open on the internet, including tabs playing videos, on top of having other programs open, all with minimal performance drop. The battery is also a high point for this laptop; Lately, I've been doing zoom calls for work, and I have managed to be on the calls for the entire day on a single charge. This laptop is also great for watching movies or shows, especially in tablet mode. I haven't tried any gaming on this laptop yet, but looking at the specs I can guess that it would be a decent experience for light gaming. This would also be great for streaming games from a home computer with Remote Play on Steam.The only downside I had with this laptop is that the spine isn't as flexible as I thought it was. I was under the impression that I could basically fold the laptop all the way back for tablet mode, but that isn't the case here. Instead, you have to detach the display, flip it backward, then reattach the display. Other than that, I don't have any issues with the design of the laptop. It's an overall great laptop and satisfies all my needs.Sidenote: I did have one issue with the Windows Hello feature. It seems that whenever there's a new Windows update, the face recognition program stops working until the laptop is updated, so make sure that your laptop is up to date if you want to use that feature.

I had to manually detach the tablet from the base to attempt to charge it. After doing so, the tablet will turn on then shut off like the battery is dead despite the tablet being plugged in. I'm at a loss on what to do.
