Another way to become healthy
As the title tells you, this is another way to become healthy.While I was on google searching for articles about health I saw the term Oxycise.In this article it was mentioned that there was no need for physical training. That is absolutely not true. In Oxycise breathing is combined with light physical training.In fact it is based on the Heng Ha technique as it is done in Tai Chi.But of course there are many techniques in other forms/sports which use the same base technique as Oxycise.In my opinion it is one of the ways of excercising that you should try and see if it gives you pleasure doing it.Many of the chapters in the book Oxycise are trying to motivate you to do this way of breathing and trying to convince you that Oxycise is the best.The book is well written, easy to read, clear and with enough pictures.For the rest doing is up to you, as always. The book does not make you healthier, you have to do that yourself. But it is a nice try to inspire you.

This is an absorbing book,simply written but highly motivating.The exercises are easy to learn and very effective.I love the idea that the author herself admits to slacking a little at one point as we're all human.After one week,I have dropped a dress size and am no longer gasping for breath after climbing the stairs.Thankyou Jill,you are quite literally,a breath of fresh air in my life!
