Works as described and it is a very good product. No strong smells and so far the best found anywhere else . I used it following the directions and the explanatory video and I have good results.

we have used various grout sealers in our various homes. It makes ceiling your grout, so easy easier than before. Very little mess and quick ceiling.

The product itself seems to seal grout well but the application of spraying it and getting it all over the tile is bad. I had to pry the nozzle off and pour the solution in a container and apply with a narrow brush. In some cases one coat worked.

This product makes cleaning grout easy and quick. Highly recommend to anyone that needs to maintenance grout.

I use it on the dry shower right before I travel. Sraling the grout saves me from leaks.

I’ve built my own kitchen cabinets after being a woodworker for many years, installed my own HVAC system, amongst a host of other complex projects, so believe when I say this product is frustrating.The directions suggest using a tooth brush to apply only to the grout and it simply doesn’t work. I was constantly battling over spray and direct friction on grout with a tooth brush causes flaking. In they end, I researched other reviews for the product and followed a process that intentionally over sprays and quickly wipes down without touching the grout, which gets it into the grooves nicely without getting flaking grout coming off. Honestly though, when I go to finish the rest of the tile I will be looking for another product. Thus far, performance has been adequate but the non conducive perimeters for application are beyond frustrating without taking into consideration the variables at hand. Not user friendly!

Really worked well on my grout lines. Absorbed right in and was easy to apply.

I bought this grout sealer to seal my bathroom tiles both wet and dry areas. It works well but it is time-consuming for application of this kind and more wastage as it's a spray. You would need a brush and a cleaning cloth after application. Brush to spread and even out application and cloth to cleanup.
