The case was a good fit
Case was fine but I sent back the Latitude 5285 and returned the case also

Good, but PU Leather
It is PU Leather which means that it has a limited lifetime. Despite that fact, it is beautiful and works as designed.Update: It seems like microphone is affected by the cover and people complain that sound is quite low.

Fell apart
The two halves of the case detached after no more than two days of use. The materials for the case are good and it fits the tablet well. I would have given five stars if the case didn't separate.

Protects but does not serve
This works fine as a tablet protector and may be useful as a stand for the nearly vertical screen position, which I rarely if ever use. I was hoping that the intermediate angle position, for when the tablet is on your lap, would be solid- but it is not. The case just collapses on itself and ends up laying flat. Oh well. At least it protects the tablet.

A fabulous cover at a great price
It fit my 5290 perfectly. My trick: I use a teeny binder clip on one edge, one "leg" sticking up between tablet and attached keyboard to position cover so that I can slide it a bit more....and then I can stand and work on shelf without need for a fancy standing desk for my 2 in 1. Beautiful color and quality.
