The media could not be loaded. I received this product in exchange of my honest review. I was interested in trying this new, modern and very practical garment steamers. In now days people who work in business or other types of services that require a very fine and curated look they should trust and definitely purchase a garment steamer at home, especially for their shirts, skirts and most important the suits. The size, the design and the whole concept of this steamer, professional steamer I would say is the created to be useful for this type of people and theory who love to steam their clothes in a more practical and innovative way. Some of the technical information about this steamer is:1580 watts of power supply and 110V for US Use only. Heats quickly: 45-second heat-up. Good water capacity of 1600ml and Up to 45-minute continuous steam time. Easy-to-fill, removable and visible water tank. You can refer to the video showing this parts as well. The manual is inside the box. Dual telescopic pole for height adjustment, much sturdier. Appropriate foot pedal design ON/OFF switch and automatic wind-up for cord. 6-gear Adjustment. Perfect for all fabric curtains, drapes, bedding, clothes. The packaging and the devilry time, are perfect especially if you are a Prime client. Overall the experience with this particular steamer was really good and it gave a great outcome.

it did not appear to be as good as the advertisement
We had a couple of reasons for returning the product. Primarily, it did not appear to be as good as the advertisement. We believe the product could use some more work. As soon as we took it out of the box and put it together we realized this was not what we anticipateddual bar garment was not sturdy enough to use to steam garments for pants. blouses, the pieces kept moving. The materials were not made of good quality to hold the garmentsdisliked the fact that there was no telephone number to contact customer support service for questions. Only an email was provided in the brochure which led us to believe it would be difficult to get someone in the time of need. the brush attachment was awkward to put on the iron. It was not clear to us how it was to be used nor did the user manual say sothe user manual was difficult to read with the white background and the light gray print. There were typos in the user manual and a few sections of putting the steamer together were not illustrated but we figured it outdid not feel we were getting what we paid for with the Kaboo steamer as we compaired it to our Conair professional steamer which was much less in cost. Conair had some flaws but at least it was sturdy while steaming the garments. We anticipated paying more for the steamer and with your advertisement it would have been the ideal steamer but this proved to not be true

EASY to use, NEVER going back to Regular Iron
After having TOO many days of wrinkled clothes because I refuse to take out my clumsy Ironing board, I decided to give this garment steamer a try. I don't think I will ever go back to regular ironing! The steamer made ironing so much easier and quicker! Just a couple passes over the fabric and it smooths out the wrinkles. I don't have to worry about unwanted creases or burning the fabric because the steam comes out clean and because it emits so much, I don't even need to touch it to the clothes. It takes 30 seconds for it to heat up and start steaming, so this makes it the perfect product for busy professionals who are always rushing out the door, (like me)! I also love the retractable cord and foot petal. It makes storage so much easier. The bars are extendable too so that makes storage easier as well. There is a hanger hook and also 2 different bars that you can use to hang your clothes on. This makes it very versatile to accommodate different types of clothes and the 6 steam settings work on everything from Wool to silk. So far I've used it on cotton and blended fabrics. I love this steamer and will not be going back to a regular ironing board.

Convenient foot pedal & lots of steam power.
Product arrived but pieces were missing - hook & fiber brush attachment. Instruction booklet does not show pieces included & instructions are written as if consumer knows how parts are suppose to look. Thank goodness for YouTube. The 2 tiny wheels at the base are useless. The Dual bar is nice but the base/main body is not heavy enough to prevent from tipping.Performance of steamer is great. Definitely hot enough at the highest setting. Up to 1 hour per water tank...more like 35 mins at highest setting. I like the auto shut off once the water level is down. It really does heat up within 45 secs. I like the on/off & cord retraction foot pedals - don't have to bend down each time I leave the room to get more hangers or hang clothes. Bottom line, I think worth the $75 I paid but I would never pay regular price of $250? For this.

I LOVE this little steamer
I LOVE this little steamer. I previously had a Rowenta Proffessional from Costco. expensive, but a workhorse. Unfortunately, I forgot I turned it on, walked away, and the motor burned up. I had used it for five years, but the things I like BETTER about this Kazoo are (a) much lower price, (b) the cute little metal iron-shaped steamer head, which easily gets into every nook and cranny (Rowenta didn't get into corners), (c) the Kazoo doesn't look like a huge monster standing against my bedroom wall, it is designed so that you barely notice it, (d) it includes a very useful pants hanger and a clothes hanger bar, (e) the water tank is smaller and thus much easier to carry back from the sink when full, (f) the water tank holds less, you change it every few weeks (instead of months) and thus the water inside does not get to smelling like a dead fish (the Rowenta did), (g) BEST IF ALL, it shuts itself off if you forget to, so the motor doesn't burn up!We are a busy family of three and we all agree that this was a great buy. Goodbye forever to the ironing board.
