Not terrible, but reads like an advertisement for ADD coaches
I have diagnosed ADHD and was looking for a book that had quick, easy to digest tips for living with ADHD. First, the format of the book is set up with the ADHD person in mind, and for that I am thankful. The tips are short, less than a page in length, and come from a variety of ADD coaches, medical doctors, and therapists. Having said that, I was disappointed with many of the tips, particularly those from the "ADD Coaches," which seemed to overemphasize the importance of having a coach. I understand a lot of people make it their career, however, an ADD coach is something of a luxury. I already have enough costs with medication, psychiatry appointments, and therapy. I would have preferred tips that focused on coping with your own ADHD rather than paying someone else.Additionally, a large majority of these tips are for parents of children with ADHD, or are for children themselves, or students. I suppose a lot of the tips can be applied to adults, but there are quite a lot of tips focused on emotionally coping with children with ADHD. I think the book would have been better designed if it had separate sections based on audience, or even separate books (i.e. 365 ways to succeed as a parent of a child with ADHD or something like that). It's not an awful book, but compared to something like Taking Charge of Adult ADHD by Russell Barkley, it just doesn't compare. If you are an adult looking for coping strategies for ADHD, skip this one.

Great Book - Practical Application
I am really pleased with this purchase! Each page in this book contains a wealth of information that I can start applying immediately to my daily routine, as an ADHD person. I also like the fact that I don't have to read a long book to get practical answers to ADHD-specfic needs to help improve the overall quality of my life. I recommend this book to anyone who has ADHD or their family members.

Love this book!
If you love the concept of a "greatest hits" collection, this is a great book. The idea of getting all the top experts in the art and science of ADHD strategies together to contribute one strong concept each is genius. Love the bite-size bits and love that you can focus on a particular strategy -- say, one on procrastination or home organization -- and just work that until it's instilled. Thanks for this book!

Excellent Resource
First I have to say this book shipped super fast! I spent the morning reading through it and (as a ADD mom to a ADD tween) this book really helped me put a lot of our daily struggles in perspective. This book is broken into short tips that get straight to the point and is a book that I will refer back to again and again!
