I ordered a large as I measured exactly 27cm around the middle of the elbow joint - I almost ordered a medium as large is 27-29cm. I'm glad I didn't because this is extremely tight and I've only just managed to get them on. The hardest part for me is getting them over my forearms which are 29cm at the widest point. So, I'd say stick with the sizing chart unless you have very skinny forearms!I'm yet to try a heavy workout with them but just trying some press-ups I flew off floor, so it feels like they give a good amount of spring. The build quality probably isn't quite as nice as my SBD knee sleeves but I think they'll do the job.One other thing - they smell very strongly of mothballs which is quite bizarre!

I hardly ever leave good reviews because I’m quite fussy lol but these sleeves are the best sleeves I’ve bought and used. I recently won the strong man comp in my area and these sleeves definitely helped a lot.

Great elbow sleeves would definitely recommend if your into weightlifting
