Excellent
These are excellent. I use them with an Amprobe TMD-56 to calibrate two bench ovens in my lab. They are much sturdier than the thermocouples included with my meter. I use them in a range of ~100-250 degrees F.

Don't last long
I use these to test ovens. I'm lucky if they last 3 months. The insulation unravels compromising the accuracy. New, they're good.

Poor Quality-Inaccurate
This probe didn't even last a week. I'm an HVAC/R Technician and expected a quality product. The probe started fraying after using it one time to check a fryer vat temperature. Also after a couple of uses, the probe no longer would read properly, it would sporadically jump and it was due to a bad connection between the wire and connector. I had to throw it away because it was so bad that I couldn't trust it for any measurements. Terrible purchase.
