Love these things. it is just the two of us so even when I try to cook smaller amounts it isn't always feasible. These allow me to put my soups, broths, casseroles, and other item into 1 cup portions. The silicone makes it easy to pop them out and easy to clean. Once frozen I can put them in zipper freezer bags which lie flat and take up a lot less room in my freezer. Gifted a set to both of my daughters at Christmas.

Perfect for meal prep, freezer prep, or someone who needs to cook for a very small family. They freeze well, way to clean, and the lid stays on nicely. These have helped so much with food waste for my small family. I can freeze things that make big portions or sauces that I don’t need the whole jar for.

This is awesome for freezing meals/ meal prep. We use them weekly! Great size and quality. The silicone is pretty thick but easy to pop out whatever you freeze.

I make a lot of soups and chilies and in large batches, because it's no more effort to make 8 cups as 2. I bought these with the idea of preparing and freezing one-cup portions for easy reference when I come home from work late and hungry, or just to supplement a meal. That's exactly what these trays accomplish: freeze the soup. pop out perfect, one-cup rectangles (easily done. because the trays are exceptionally flexible despite their thick construction) bag 'em label 'em, put them back in the freezer and use the trays again. And again, and again, and again. These are sturdy little beasts that will probably outlast me and the children I pass them down to. I bought two of the one-cup size, and because they're so efficient and can be reused so quickly that's sufficient, although I'll probably add one of the two-cup versions, just in case I want to prepare a very large quantity of chili, or store a large, bulky stew.Absolutely recommended with no reservations or caveats.

These are amazing! I got these for my daughter’s food blends and soups, they work great for maximizing freezer space. The only thing is be careful with the lid I broke one of them. You have to let it sit out for a few minutes before taking the lid off.

Arrived on time and as described.I admit to waiting, and waiting for these to go on sale, but when they did I bought them!-->These silicone cubes have a wire rim inside the top edge that is firm but flexible that helps them remain stable while filling and freezing, and with the lids, they are stackable. They also have interior marks denoting 1/2 cup and 1 cup measurement for filling. THIS IS WHY I WAITED FOR THESE PARTICULAR MOULDS. It was worth the wait.They have the wired top edge, lids, food grade silicone, and are microwave-oven-dishwasher-freezer safe.1/2cup - 1cup is a good single serving for most things we eat, so this is perfect for our single serving freezer meal prep.I usually place them on a baking tray prior to filling with whatever. After I fill the cubes I can place them in level on a shelf in the freezer, because they have the wire rim on the top edge if I am careful, I can stack them while freezing, but I MUST be careful while stacking.Once frozen they can be taken from the freezer and the frozen food can be popped right out. If the food is too hard to pop out immediately I have found that allowing it to sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes is enough to warm the silicone but not to thaw the food and allow it to release the food.When *I* release the frozen food I wrap it in parchment first, then place it in a vacuum sealing bag and seal it for long term freezing, and get it right back into the freezer as soon as possible.These can be hand washed or washed in the dishwasher, options are great!I meal prep because after a household of 7, I still cook for them all as if they were still living at home instead of off on their own. We hate leftovers, so I bake or cook per the recipe, we eat what we need to for the meal, then I freeze the rest for later in the month when it doesn't feel like a leftover. -NO WASTE.I have used these for everything from soup to casseroles to fruit and veg to stews, pretty much everything.Bottom Line: With the wired top edge, lid, food grade silicone, and are microwave-oven-dishwasher-freezer safe... Like ve this product, got and I use it any time I make soup or freeze extra soup... Even gifted a family member one as well. Very durable, great freeze, easy to remove, pop out easy any age could do it. I was surprised on the thickness, not cheap thick Rubbermaid quality.... Worth the money, great gift, easy to wash by hand or use in dish washer. I own 2 sets!
