Don’t buy refurbished!!
Be careful purchasing this product!! I received mine a coupe of days ago and can not use it. It is a certified refurbished but came to me locked. I can not access it. It is giving me a message saying it had been reset and to use the last email address used for this product. I called support and went thru the steps to wipe the data and do a factory reset, still giving me the same message. I am having to return it. Never again will I buy a refurbished item!! This was my first and last time buying a refurbished item!! Compete waste of time and money!!

Don’t buy refurbished!
Purchased refurbished. It was just thrown in the box full of finger prints and the cords all tangled. That all would have been ok but they did not reset the google account so the unit is LOCKED and can NOT BE USED.
