Good chile mix we’ve used this for years. Perfect chile. I don’t like really hot chile, I’m getting old and can’t handle hot stuff anymore, and this mix is great.It includes cayenne pepper if you like it hot. Also has Masa Flour for thickening, Don’t use too much unless your chile is really watery and needs thickening.

This is my favorite brand of white chicken chili mix. Sucks I can’t find it in my local supermarket though. Glad I found it here.

I really loved the taste of the chili, but I thought the spice bags a bit minimal. Tiny bag of cayenne pepper. I don't think the big bag of chili powder etc. was any better than what you would use in a good recipe. The masa was a useful thickener. I added beans, not many, and bell peppers. Chopped onions on top.

Ordered many times. Blows away any chili mix typically found on grocery store aisles.
