Tasty product from SMS agency
Rice appalam with good taste and consistency. With a fair value for money, It can be taken with rasam, sambar and curd rice. Overall, a good product.

Product is excellent -- packaging is poor
The quality of product is very good. I had been buying it often. One issue is packaging. Becuase the product is quite dry it is also brittle. Many appalams where broken into tiny pieces in transportation. The company must place the item in hard package like rigid cardboard boxes. I would have given 5 stars if they arrived in unbroken condition.
