Linux Plug-n-play!
I purchased this for streaming my PS4 through my Linux (Pop!_OS 20.04) desktop to Twitch, and the OS detected it with zero-setup. OBS recognized it as a video source, and the frame-rate at 1080p 60fps looks fine. The HDMI pass-through signal appeared to have no noticeable delay. I'd like to point out that the "Line Out" output is just that, a Line Out, not a Headphone Out. If you plug headphones into that jack, you'll get 100% volume fed to your ears. I recommend only doing this if you have a volume control on your headphones. Otherwise, it's better to connect that to a Line In on a stereo receiver or other appropriate device. The device shipped with an HDMI cable, a USB A to C cable, and a number of USB adapters, which was a nice surprise. (One of those adapters appears to be a type-A to type-A, with no label indicating it's function?) I also love that this has the capability to be used with a smartphone/tablet as the capture device, but the ratings on the required Android app do not inspire confidence.

Worked Great!
Used this to broadcast a live event this past weekend and it worked as advertised. No issues at all, great quality.Ran HDMI into it from a Sony camcorder on a tripod. Mixed it with house sound using ManyCam, and live streamed it to YouTube. We combined it with a second webcam (Logitech) and did a multi-camera switch. Certainly about as low-budget a production as we could do, but it actually worked, even if it was probably amateurish. ;-)The Flint 4KP installed plug-and-play without any drivers being needed to be downloaded or installed, and showed up as a webcam in ManyCam.By the way, if you do something like this, be sure to go into your camcorder and display any on-screen displays, face detection, etc, as they are distracting on the live stream. :-)Since it worked, I couldn't be happier. :-)

Plug and play webcam
Yes. Finally. Just buy this. This is the real deal. Plugged in my Panasonic HC-V770 and it just worked (Windows 10). Can select the webcam as one of the options on major video call platforms (Skype, Hangouts, Messenger etc.) After buying and returning a different piece of junk for this purpose on Amazon, I can assure you that this is the best capture card currently available (seeing as Elgato Camlink is sold out everywhere). This is not a counterfeit product. This is the real deal.

Perfect until it failed within 24 hours
Using a mac and trying to stream from HDMI - there are few choices. I've been looking to get away from the Elgato series as it is only recognized by their own software and their software (Mac version) is not very versatile. So I'm now on my third brand. I had high hopes for this model as audio and video both worked right out of the gate. Picture was a little dark, but OBS will let you adjust gamma, contrast, etc. So I was able to compensate a bit. Picture was a little on the blurry side, but I'm also working with upscaled retro hardware so I try to be a little forgiving. This seemed like the perfect way to get passthrough hdmi while also piping directly to OBS and giving me all the customization I needed. Streamed/recorded one video on Tuesday night - perfectly. The next day I was playing through a couple new games to test for my next scheduled stream and it just stopped displaying video. Black screen. No audio. No video. But it did recognize that it had been turned on. After spending all day troubleshooting their hardware I made went back to the elgato hardware - worked.I did see in other reviews that people had the same problem. I don't know how many fail within the first 24-72 hours. But it seemed like a common complaint for those that leave reviews. I'm sending it back.

Video works well — audio not as good.
This product worked essentially as expected. It worked well on a USB 2.0 connection, as well as USB 3.0. The video image was clear and the product worked as a plug and play device with a MacBook Pro. The audio quality from the mic input was not as good as I hoped. There appeared to be line noise in the audio input.

Nice but..
This is a good capture device but unfortunately,it doesn't work flawless with vmix. It only work as an independent capture device. Working with third party like vmix is difficult. You have to play the flint at full screen and the add it to vmix otherwise it can't add to vmix via ndi. I wish clone alliance can fix allow doing work with vmix third party

Excellent customer support and the Flint 4KP is a great 60FPS USB 3.0 capture device.
The media could not be loaded. I recently bought a 4KP to add to my game capture computer and for other HDMI video capture tasks. While I'm really impressed with the 4KP, as it's one of the few USB 3.0 capture devices for 1080P 60FPS that actually does work and also has an analogue mic input that allows for voice recording along with the HDMI audio and video, as well as a line input and line output. I just thought that I'd also mention the excellent after sales and customer support that I've received.I was so impressed with the ClonerAlliance after sales and support, which is the best that I've had during hundreds of purchases on Amazon, that I decided to do a video review to explain and describe my experience with them. Please watch the video as I give an exact account of my experience with the ClonerAlliance after sales and support which I hope may be useful for other people thinking of buying from ClonerAlliance.Cheers,Dave.

Didn't work with OBS, returned straight away.
I already have a HDMI capture which I paid £70, a hundred pounds less than this one, but I wanted something with no lag at all and decided to give this one a go because it has audio connections and that could be useful too. Unfortunately, when I tested it wouldn't work on OBS, while my other one works with no issues whatsoever.Another annoying thing is that when the driver loads it shows a message on the video. If you are switching cameras live, people can see this stupid message by the video capture.

Not my understanding of Plug & Play
I bought this because it said "plug and play"I think they should of describe as,"plug it in scan the little square box, register the product input, put the registration number in, scan another little square box, download the software, scan another little square box, download the next lot of software etc"not as catchyI was well over an hour getting it up and running, then I could not get the recording quality i wanted. 10gb for 2 hours of video too much, after several attempts I got it down to 4gb oh dear
