Other hops varieties like Cascade might be more popular in cidermaking, but we really like Mosaic... if you don't push it too far, it lends a subtle IPA vibe without the bitterness, TOTALLY changing the character of your cider... we will keep using this one!

I ordered this for a recipe that I was set to brew with some ingredients that I bought at my LHBS. When I realized that I had forgotten the hops, I ordered these as I was not able to get back to the store before my planned brew day. They are more expensive, but also just as good as whatever you'd find elsewhere. In a pinch, they were worth the price!

Put this in a couple batches of mead. Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself.

Great dual purpose hop. I used to use Citra for my SMaSH recipe but I decided to try this on a whim. I'm a fan.
