Worth every cent
Great alternative to Gatorade or Propel. I keep one of these in my purse at my desk and in my refrigerator at all times. I highly recommend this it tastes great too.

Blue tongue, anyone? Still a great buy!
This has a good flavor, but it turns everything blue. This discolors things more than any other MIO flavor. One of them was a leaker, but it was fine. I kept a paper towel underneath it. Despite this, it still has 4 stars. I would recommend this

Mio Sports
I love this Mio electrolytes, just wish it wasn’t so hard to order. Helps keep us hydrated and tastes good!

Better Than a Bottled Sports Drink
My kids use this flavor for their sports and just general hydration needs. Its a light, nice flavor. Better than the bottle sports drink because you can control the intensity and sweetness. AND...this little bottle goes a lot further!!
