Does this push in armpit fat into breast area? Looking to add this to my work out clothing. I have many sports bras which bulge out my armpit fat.

Armpit fat is actually breast tissue. Make sure you push it into the cup each time you put your bra on. Overtime it will smooth itself out.

Anyone have a clue on how to choose the right size? Lost weight due to illness & have big ol’ flappy bingo wings I want to keep in check w/ this.

Believe I went with one size smaller and it fits really snug. My clothing sizes varies depending on how the item is made, I typically wear 12/14/ and some16.. I’m really thick, body weight distributes all over. The only downside to this shaper is that it leaves the shaper outline on your skin, but otherwise, love it, really holds the flab in securely! Nice, very smooth arms.
