A few bumps in the road but ending was great!
I was going to give this product a one star. I received it absolutely shattered. I received the first item very quickly but that meant nothing with it being broken. However, I am extremely impressed with their customer service and raised my ratings. It took one email and I was informed I was getting another one as quickly as possible (or a refund if I so choose- I chose the new item). I had explained to them that I had ordered it for an anniversary present for my spouse and needed it quickly. They expedited it to me free of charge. It made it just in time for my anniversary! ( From receiving the broken one to having the new one, all happened over the course of a single week). Very good quality and my husband loves it.

Can’t read the etching
The lettering is not etched deeply enough and even with whiskey on it you can barely read it
