Q: Are a size 13 boot a 47 or 48

When I brought them they were definitely true to size… if I were you I would go with a 48.

Q: Are these boots uppers leather or man made/plastic? The first review says that they are "fake leather".

The top part is fake leather. I wouldn’t say it is plastic they just feel like it. The soles are a very tough plastic like material.

Q: Are these slip resistent?

We can advise that this item does not state to be slip resistant in the product details, however it states that they comply with BS EN345 safety regulations.
