Atlantis snorkeling raft

THE RAFT -Heavy construction -great in the ocean for all ages. -especially fun in the pool -buy at least 2 and tie the rafts together for a family. They will be cause conflict with mom who want to float and the kids or dad wanting to use it. Also we had people trying to steal it. We had to tie them up and watch them closely. THEY R THAT COOL. don't hesitate to buy -great visability under the water. - Packs well in Luggage (buying a portable air inflated/deflator a must) - don't lean or step on the window and protect the window from scratches and you get years of fun. Updated review. This purchase from iSnorkle, American company, is not your typical Amizon (I don't care) company. Their customer service took the time to read my bad review and Make it right. -Yes we got a defective item. -No, we had no return options through Amazon due to the buy/use time difference(months) -yes they found my bad review and sent me a hand writen apology (see photo) and a new upgraded model replacement. The Sea Window raft is a great product, especially for people who are not strong swimmers but wish they could snorkel. What was particularly POSITIVE about my purchase was my dealings with the seller: iSnorkel from Michigan. We received the raft within only a week of our trip to Jamaica, but decided to inflate it (test for leaks) prior to departure. As it turned out, there was a small hole in the main air chamber, so when we contacted the seller to see what could be done on such short notice for our trip, the seller (Dave) immediately shipped us a replacement (to Illinois) after he tested the new one himself to ensure no defects for our vacation. He didn't require us to ship the defective raft back, & said we could either dispose of it or perhaps try to get it patched to salvage it. As it turned out, a local shoe repair shop was able to patch it, we took both rafts to Jamaica, and had a wonderful time with our other friends joining us there. Two of them were not good swimmers, but they had a ball watching the sea life while floating in the ocean. It is a very stable raft & a heavy duty design ... definitely worth the money. The product is great, but the seller was fantastic ... someone you would definitely want to do business with again. They stand behind their product, which was a particularly refreshing experience.

One of the coolest gifts I got for the hubby's birthday!!!! He's gonna be 45!!!!! He loved it. Well made,and so much fun!!!!! Didn't need to fill viewing chamber with water,super clear!!!! We might try it with water later. Didn't expect it to be this cool!!!!!! Thanks! Kandy from Michigan.

I purchased this for my husband to used in Aruba. When it arrived it seems of great quality, but way to heavy to travel with. It would be good when you transport it by car.

Perfect for those of us who don't like strapping on snorkeling gear, aren't strong swimmers, or get tired easily. I also have chronic sinus problems and don't like the pressure of a snorkel mask on my face. I think this long size is perfect for adults and teens, and would only get the shorter version for little kids. Sometimes the viewing window would get an air bubble under it that would block a portion of the view, so I had to learn to deal with that. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I used this raft to float over and around lots of coral reefs (none really sharp) in Rarotonga and Aitutaki, Cook Islands in the South Pacific, and felt safe and relaxed. I don't think it scares the fish as much as a snorkeler in the water. Even with a foot pump it takes awhile to pump up and deflate. Overall it was worth the weight and space it took up in my luggage. Five years later, this raft is still in great shape and I continue to bring it on tropical vacations.

I tried it out in rough ocean water but was not able to fully test it, I would suggest you definitely buy an air pump for it.

We took our 6.5 year old niece for her first trip into the ocean today. She could see all the fish clearly and was very excited. She said, "It was EXCELLENT in every way!" We had 3 adults plus her life vest for good measure but the raft itself was very stable and had handles for her to hold so it was very safe. It takes a lot of air to blow it up but could easily hold a full sized adult. If taking someone to look around the ocean you will likely want 2 people with fins swimming on either the sides or back to push it along.

My kids love taking this raft out on the reefs of the caribbean sea. We were able to take my 3 year old out with us snorkeling and it was wonderful. When not being used for snorkeling it was great for mom and grandma to use for a raft to tan on in the pool. I wish this raft came with a nylon cord, to pull it, for the price it would be nice not to have to purchase anything else.
